I recently had a fantastic midweek stay at this hotel in a top floor apartment. The location was ideal, with the Sandcastle waterpark right next door, and everything I needed within walking distance, including shops and attractions like the Tower and the pleasure beach. The rooms were spacious and made up daily, with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the kitchen, TV with DVD, and complimentary drinks. The staff, especially Mick, were friendly and accommodating, even saving me a parking spot. The breakfast was delicious, with a choice of a full English or fluffy pancakes. this hotel offered excellent value for money and attention to detail.
All was great, no improvements needed.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were so helpful and friendly, giving us a warm greeting every time we saw them. The apartment was lovely and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that we couldn't hear any noise from the nearby pleasure beach, even during a storm. The location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of everything - the water park, pleasure beach, beach, shops, cafes, and restaurants. We also appreciated the hot and cold beverages left for us and the convenient free WiFi.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The staff was outstanding and we appreciated full English breakfast. The room was pretty bright, immaculate, and with an exceptionally comfortable bed. You can find Ruby's Fish and Chips walking distance to the hotel to a have lunch. Brilliant customer service too. Overall very comfortable stay;)))
